I am a blog slacker. Sorry! We had a crazy busy summer, but had a ton of fun! I'll start off with our Colorado trip in the end of June (which sadly feels like lightyears ago...) I miss the mountains!
Some pics from our first moments seeing the splendor of Rocky Mountain National Park. The snowy peaks took the words right outta your mouth. The air was fresh, the mountains many, we didn't know where to look, everything was so lovely.
L to R first row: the Aspens waving their 'spirit fingers' with each breeze, Dan lifting off of a mountain, our obligatory Chaco pic (we had shorts on but snowwas on the ground...)
L to R second row: friends we met along the trail, beautiful lake, me lifting off our trail! Zoom!
L to R third row: self portrait on one of our last nights in RMNP, my Chaco tan, cute pic in downtown Boulder
L to R first row: sunny goodness of Chautauqua in Boulder, CO, more Rockies
L to R second row: RMNP entrance sign, another great shot of Chautauqua
We loved our hotel, it was right on the Fall River, which was ice cold and raging! The nights were crisp and lovely, the days were hot and bright. We explored downtown Boulder, Ft Collins and visited old pals the Joneses in Co. Springs. We got to meet the Reener Beaner, Irene and see our favorite little dude, Clare again.
We loved our roadtrip and can't wait to venture West again.

So....can you teach me how to do that photo colagey thing? Love it!
